As a general rule, the only classes usually offerred are for the Technician Class License. The Question Pool for the Technician Class was udated in July of 2006, rendering previous instruction materials out of date.  The Question Pool was updated to have the questions more easily understandable.  The number of questions was decreased in the overall pool. 

Teaching materials have not been made available in the form of instructional video (as has been used in some of the past classes), and no target date has been released for the updated instructional video materials..

The TEARA Tech Class Project has made ten Powerpoint presentations to cover the material in the Technician Class Question Pool.  The individual modules are available for download in the Download section here, for anyone wanting to study on their own.

I hope to be able to offer a class in the near future using the Powerpoint modules as instructional aids. The date will be announced when it is firmed up.

If you know anyone interested in becoming a member of the Amateur Radio Service, please encourage then to use the Powerpoint modules to study on their own, and take one of the online tests to check their progress.
